I am sat here in my room at 20 past 1 in the morning and just got a random boost of motivation to start writing a blog.. gotta love not having a decent sleeping pattern. The whole idea of starting the blog is to find new hobbies and ideas to help my self improve and cope with new developments within my life.
I have not yet been diagnosed with depression or anxiety, however I have been showing signs of it for a while. I don't sleep a lot, sometimes I lose all motivation to do anything and there's day when I'm so down, I just don't want to leave my room..
This is a big thing for me to admit how i've been feeling recently, on a blog and to especially share this with people, but anxiety isn't an easy thing to live with and hopefully by doing this and finding new ways of coping. I could inspire people to try these methods. So this is my way of trying out new ideas to get me out more and to keep myself busy. Even if it is craft ideas or cooking classes, just anything to get me out and get me more focused on improving myself.
